  16.    The Rec.Travel Library at ftp.cc.umanitoba.ca is a collection of
  17.    travelogues, guides, and FAQs written by volunteers on the net. It
  18.    began as an archive site for the rec.travel newsgroup, and emphasizes
  19.    personal advice, recommendations, and opinions, providing a different
  20.    perspective from that given by many travel books. Approximately 15 MB
  21.    of documents are stored locally; information is organized
  22.    geographically and includes pointers to other information available on
  23.    the net.

  39.    Internet. It features up-to-date currency exchange rates, pointers to
  40.    many resources, and regular columns by professional and amateur travel
  41.    writers. These include the World Travel Watch weekly column by the
  42.    editors of the Travelers' Tales books, James O'Reilly and Larry
  43.    Habegger, a series of reports sent back by two people currently
  44.    travelling around the world ( Big World), and several others.
